Applications are now open for 7 affordable row house condo units!

These are permanently affordable condo units on a ground lease with Chinatown CLT, and eligible Chinatown residents will have a priority for half of the units.

Online applications can be made at www.chinatownlottery.com and must be submitted by January 6, 2021. People without internet access can call 781-992-5317 for assistance in English or Chinese.

Please note that income guidelines are maximum, not minimum! We think the units are priced at levels that households at lower incomes can afford, so long as they can qualify for a mortgage. We are also recommending that applicants apply for the One Plus Boston mortgage, which can lower the interest rate by a full point.

95 Hudson Street & 29 Oak Street: These are older, small-scale units in row house buildings, priced for affordability to low income households. The land will be community owned, so the units will remain permanently affordable, even when they change hands.
