  • Suzanne Lee 李素影

    Board Chair 董事會主席

    Suzanne Lee is a Chinatown resident and homeowner, a longtime community leader, former principal of the Josiah Quincy School, and the President Emeritus of Chinese Progressive Association. She currently serves as the president of the board, and wants to continue to figure out how we can collectively own land to preserve Chinatown.

    李素影是信義大廈居民和業主,是長期社區領袖,昆士小學前任校長,華人前進會名譽主席。她目前擔任董事會主席,並希望繼續弄清楚我們如何能夠集體擁有土地來保護華埠。

  • Ann Moy 梅清嫣

    Treasurer 财务主管

    Ann Moy is a long-time resident of Castle Square, a leader and co-founder of the Castle Square Tenants Organization, and recently retired from the Josiah Quincy School. She has very fond memories of growing up in Chinatown and the South End. She believes that each community brings different ethnic cultures to Boston, and that the city should continue to be home to many immigrants. She wants to see both homes and businesses in Chinatown preserved for the future.

  • Lawrence Cheng 鄭繼良

    Lawrence Cheng is an architect and longtime activist who has designed affordable housing projects, was involved in the Chinatown Housing and Land Development Task Force, the Chinatown Community Plan of 1990, and every master plan since. He believes the community land trust addresses a missing piece of the strategy to stabilize Chinatown’s future.

    鄭繼良是一位建築設計師及華埠長期的活躍人士。他設計過可負擔性住房項目,參與了華埠房屋土地發展專責小組,自1990年起就每年參加華埠社區整體規劃工作組至今。他認為土地信託就是穩定華埠未來所缺少的一個應對策略。

  • Monique Ching 莊穎詩

    Monique Ching is a community volunteer and works as a policy analyst at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center, researching how state policies affect the lives of low and moderate income families. She cares deeply about the preservation of public space and affordable housing for Chinatown residents and believes that Community Land Trusts are a valuable tool to achieve this.

    莊穎詩是社區義工,在麻州預算和政策中心擔任政策分析員,研究州政策如何影響低和中等收入家庭的生活。她深切關注為華埠居民保存公共空間和可負擔房屋,並認為社區土地信託是實現這一目標的寶貴工具。

  • Arturo Gossage 阿圖羅

    Arturo Gossage has lived on Hudson Street since about 2007 and is a member of the Chinatown Resident Association steering committee. He became involved in the community because he saw a lot of crime, drug dealing and prostitution on his street, astronomic rent levels, and parking issues, as well as a concern that Chinatown is getting smaller.

    阿圖羅自2007年起住在起晨街,是華埠居民會的執委會委員之一。他開始參與社區組織是因為目睹街坊週圍有很多犯罪,販毒和賣淫等活動,華埠內的租金如暴漲和停車困難問題等。同時他也關心到華埠變得越來越小的情況。

  • Eddie Hickey

    Eddie Hickey is a homeowner in one of Chinatown CLT’s row houses and is interested in energy resilience as well as row house preservation. He believes community controlled land is an important element in ensuring the health of urban environments, and that land trusts can help create opportunities for democratic, community-based development that addresses people's needs in a way that is more agile and responsive than larger government initiatives.

  • Jia Jie Wang 王嘉接

    Jia Jie Wang is a longtime Chinatown resident, a core member of the Chinatown Resident Association, and an experienced electrical engineer passionate about energy infrastructure. Serving the Chinese community has been his passion and mission since retirement. He is eager to contribute his professional knowledge on electricity to the Chinatown Power initiative and better the lives of Chinatown residents.

  • Michael Wong 黃國威

    Michael Wong is vice chair of the Tai Tung Tenants Association and a small business entrepreneur. He holds leadership positions with the Que Shing Chinese music group, the Wong Family Association, and the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, and is a co-founder of the Chinatown Crime Watch. He serves on the CCLT board because he is concerned about Chinatown’s future.

  • Peiying Yu 余佩英

    Peiying Yu is a former Chinatown row house resident displaced from Hudson Street and an active member. She believes in Chinatown CLT’s goals to stabilize Chinatown, help low-income residents, and fight for affordable housing, and tirelessly shows up to support all CLT events and initiatives. She hopes that we can work together to preserve the row houses and help people who need it to live and remain in Chinatown.

    余佩英曾經是華埠排屋的住客,從乞臣街被逼遷,也是華埠土地信託會的一名積極成員。她相信華埠土地信託會的目標是保護華埠,幫助低收入居民,爭取可負擔住房,所以她積極參與支持信託會的工作和活動。她希望大家可以共同努力,保護排屋,幫助有需要的居民留在華埠。

  • Russell Eng 伍國龍

    Russell Eng grew up playing nine-man volleyball and other sports in Chinatown and continues to give back to the community as the president of Friends of Reggie Wong Park.

  • Lydia Lowe 駱理德

    Executive Director 執行總裁

    Lydia Lowe led the staff of the Chinese Progressive Association for 30 years before becoming the executive director of Chinatown CLT. She has helped Chinatown residents organize for a voice in the neighborhood, to preserve more than a thousand units of subsidized housing, to secure public parcels for community development, and to win bilingual ballots for Chinese-speaking voters.

    Lydia is a co-founder of the Chinatown Master Plan Committee, Asian and Pacific Islanders Civic Action Network (APIs CAN!), the Homes for All campaign, Chinese Progressive Political Action, and Right to the City VOTE! She serves on the state’s EJ Advisory Council, the City of Boston’s Commemoration Commission, and the Community Advisory Board of UMass/Boston's Institute for Asian American Studies.

    駱理德領導華人前進會長達30年之久,其後成為華埠土地信託的總行政主任。她協助華埠居民在鄰舍內組織起了一個聲音,保存了超過一千個補貼住房,為社區發展實取了公共地段,並為講中文的選民贏得了雙語選票。

  • Franny Xi Wu 吴晰

    Planner/Housing Specialist 住房與社區規劃專家

    Raised by a community of anti-displacement advocates in peri-urban China, Franny Xi Wu is an interdisciplinary urbanist devoted to building equitable cities alongside its inhabitants.

    Franny is a former Technology Director at Harvard Square Homeless Shelter, co-chair of Project Right to Housing, and member of Cambridge’s Ad Hoc Working Group on homelessness. She is a Master in City Planning + MS in Real Estate Development candidate at MIT and holds a BA from Wellesley College.

    吳晰在中國大陸城鄉結合部的反逼遷倡導者社群中長大,致力通過技術革新、政策牽制和社區組織來建設公平宜居的城市環境。她曾任哈佛廣場收容所的科技總監,去中心化運動“住房權項目“的聯合主席,以及劍橋市政府無家可歸問題特設工作組的委員。她在麻省理工學院攻讀城市規劃和房地產開發碩士學位,擁有韋爾斯利學院的學士學位。

  • Daphne Xu 徐乙漾

    Cultural Placekeeping Consultant 地方文化創生項目顧問

    Daphne Xu produces creative placekeeping projects with the Chinatown CLT, including the Immigrant History Trail. She is interested in supporting local historic and cultural preservation through socially engaged art and civic media. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Brown University and a Master in City Planning from MIT.

    徐乙漾在華埠土地信託會創作具有創意的地方創生項目,包括移民歷史徑。她想通過與社區互動的藝術和公民媒體來支持當地的歷史和文化保護。 她擁有布朗大學的人類學學士學位和麻省理工學院的城市規劃碩士學位。

  • Sari Kayyali

    Microgrid Program Manager 微電網項目經理

    Sari Kayyali studied mechanical engineering, then worked as an engineering consultant for the New York City subway. He is returning to the Boston area where he grew up to work on renewable energy development and support local community control as the Microgrid Program Manager for Chinatown Power.

    Sari Kayyali在波士頓市郊長大,本科學習機械工程後擔任紐約市地鐵的工程顧問。他返回波士頓地區從事可再生能源開發工作,並作為華埠主導能源網的微電網項目經理支持社區能源管控。
