Celebrating World CLT Day 2022

It's #WorldCLTDay! According to the Center for CLT Innovation, there are over 600 community land trusts around the world. Like trees spreading roots to strengthen the soil beneath, these CLTs each strive to stabilize their own community through shared equity housing projects and site control for neighborhood public spaces.

As the world’s first CLT for a Chinatown, we are proud to serve, organize, and represent our residents in their pursuit for affordable housing, collective governance, cultural preservation, and environmental justice. We are also a member of the Greater Boston CLT Network, meeting with Boston’s other 8 CLTs monthly to discuss issues like coalition building, TOPA advocacy, and alternative financing.
