華語公共會議 - R-1 地塊唐人街 Chinese Language Public Meeting

波士頓規劃與開發局將與中國進步協會 (Chinese Progressive Association) 合作舉辦會議，時 間爲 2021 年 1 月 7 日(週四) 晚間 6 點至 8 點，參與者將有機會了解以下 BPDA 擁有物 業： 

• 地塊 R-1（具體位置爲：東西方向從 Tyler Street 到 Hudson Street，南北方向從 Harvard Street 到 Kneeland Street）。 

這次會議正在安排中，演示將以華語進行（普通話和粵語），將回顧 11 月 17 日早些時候 在公開會議上分享的信息。 

BPDA 擁有的 R-1 地塊，唐人街 : 項目地點爲前 YMCA 臨時活動帳篷場地，目前許可用爲 Tufts 共享服務停車場。會議的目 的是邀請社區居民進行對話，以獲得對該地塊可能用法的反饋意見。BPDA 打算從這些反 饋中制定發展指南，並將其納入徵求建議書(RFP)中，尋求在場地上能夠反映社區和城市 利益的私有開發項目。

CHINESE LANGUAGE PUBLIC MEETING - PARCEL R-1, CHINATOWN 

The Boston Planning and Development Agency working in conjunction with the Chinese  Progressive Association will host an opportunity for participants to learn more about the  following BPDA-owned property on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 6 PM to 8 PM: 

• Parcel R-1 (located between Tyler and Hudson Streets, east to west and Harvard  and Kneeland Streets from north to south). 

This meeting is being scheduled and is organized for presentation in Chinese  (Cantonese and Mandarin) to review information shared in the earlier public meeting of  November 17. 

BPDA-Owned Parcel R-1, Chinatown: The Project Site, the former site of the YMCA bubble, is currently licensed by Tufts  Shared Services for parking. The purpose of the meeting is to invite the community to a  conversation to obtain feedback for possible uses for the site. The BPDA intends to craft  development guidelines from this feedback that will be incorporated into a Request for  Proposals (“RFP”) seeking private development at the site to reflect both community and  City interests.
